Buying a motorhome or campervan through Motorhome Marketplace? Your purchase includes a 12-month Autoguard repair and maintenance plan, with the option to extend your cover and increase your repair request limit.

MORE THAN ENGINE COVER
Protection for your motorhome and living area
Autoguard’s motorhome plan lists a range of mechanical, electrical and habitation components. These are examples of listed areas, not a promise that every fault or every component is covered.
Mechanical components
Listed engine, gearbox, drive and other mechanical components, subject to the terms and exclusions.
Electrical systems
Specified electrical components including the starter motor, alternator and certain cab controls.
Heating & hot water
Listed cooker, heating and water system parts such as burners, water heaters and water pumps.
Fridge & appliances
Specified fridge components, including gas ignition and 12V/240V heater elements.
Habitation systems
Specified components for the cassette toilet and other living-area systems.
Continental use
The plan includes a 60-day annual extension for covered repair costs while travelling within the EU, subject to the booklet.

Warranty upgrade options & prices
Your standard plan includes a £1,000 + VAT repair request limit. Choose one of the upgrades below before your warranty has been set up or started. Prices shown are Motorhome Marketplace’s advertised upgrade prices.
£2,000 + VAT cover
Increase the standard repair request limit to £2,000 + VAT per repair request, subject to the policy and agreement.
Full retail value cover
Increase the per-request limit to the full retail value of the motorhome or campervan, subject to the policy and agreement.
Upgrade prices are offered before the warranty is set up or starts, subject to vehicle eligibility and Autoguard acceptance. The pricing and age/mileage criteria above follow Motorhome Marketplace’s existing advertised offers. Your plan’s actual limits, duration and labour rate are recorded on the agreement form.

*Recovery, hire, misfuelling and key assistance depend on the level of roadside assistance on your agreement form; they are not automatically included in every plan. Contact Autoguard before authorising repairs. The repairing garage must diagnose the fault and obtain approval from Autoguard before carrying out any work.

A few points worth checking before collection and whenever you need to use your plan.
Is the 12-month warranty included in my purchase?
Motorhome Marketplace includes a 12-month Autoguard plan with eligible motorhomes and campervans sold through its network. Your agreement form records the applicable cover and start date.
Can I upgrade after collecting my vehicle?
The upgrade prices shown on this page are available before your warranty has been set up or started. Speak to your selling broker before handover if you want a longer period or higher limit.
Are all water leaks covered?
No. The plan lists narrowly defined body-leak cover for motorhomes up to seven years old through original permanently sealed seams or joints, but it also excludes water-ingress damage to components. Read the relevant clauses in the booklet.
What happens if a repair exceeds my limit?
Autoguard assesses covered repairs up to the applicable repair request limit and agreed labour rate, subject to the plan terms. You are responsible for amounts that Autoguard does not authorise or cover.
Can I choose my own repairer?
Autoguard says a preferred garage can be considered if VAT registered. Contact the repairs team first and make sure no work begins without authorisation.
